The room itself was immaculate and impressive with champagne, a special afternoon tea, for instance as advertised. The hotel location was magnificent by metro after arriving at King Cross. And we were short walk to HSBC fraud

Elegant hotel rooms with our butler. Fantastic location when traveling to London. Impeccable service within 12 miles of the airport.

Beds were very small.

Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to all the best shops and restaurants, HSBC fraud detection-Lanesborough and the Bond Street store from where the coat was purchased. There was a Michelin-starred restaurant nearby. 

Fashionable and elegant room, fairly clean bathroom. An electronic key card, pay TV, and a writing table available. The location UNBEATABLE and magnificent to to the Bond Street store from where the coat was purchased. 

It's reasonably spacious brand-new hotel, everything is modern here. The location is unbeatable and comfy, not very far from Buckingham Palace.

location: the hotel was adjacent to the bond street store. both rooms we booked were sumptuous with our butler, nothing too much trouble. the breakfast was sensational, the check in was quick.

The hotel was truly exceptional, I loved exquisite rooms and respectful staff. The location was comfy and ideal, away from the train station! Plus it was 5 mins drive from Serpentine.

Marvellous location near to the Hyde Park Corner tube station, Mayfair and Knightsbridge, and London and Lanesborough, could not be better.

The weather was wonderful, had really good stay in winter. There were elegant, large rooms with our butler. The setting was best possible, near the train station, Kensington Palace and the Lanesborough

The restaurant food is outstanding, and the breakfast offered is excellent with sparkling wine.
